- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Toss until the berries are evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
